AUGUST MEETING 2026
"Welcome to the Brazos Valley Music Teachers Association (BVMTA), we are affiliated with the TMTA (Texas Music Teachers Association) and MTNA (Music Teachers National Association) comprised of instrumental, vocal, and piano teachers in and surrounding areas of BCS.
We are a group of independent music teachers working together to create opportunities for students to perform and celebrate their musical growth.
Through BVMTA-sponsored events, we raise funds to provide scholarships that help students attend music camps and further develop their musical skills. By supporting these events, you’re helping us encourage young musicians, celebrate their achievements, and invest in the next generation of young artists.

The Brazos Valley Music Teachers Association began over 50 years ago and has grown into an organization of dedicated members who teach piano and other instruments to children and adults all over the Brazos Valley.
